We spent a day here on the way to Anglesey

View to Little Orme headland. Llandudno’s promenade is nearly two miles long

Great Orme headland

There is a tram and a cable car to get to the top of Great Orme

The tram has two stages

Looking down at the cable cars and half way station

Model of Great Orme. Summit complex

Near the half-way station are bronze age copper mines www.greatormemines.info/

The tunnels are low and narrow with lots of steps. They were dug out with antlers and large pebbles 4,000 years ago

Next: Aberffraw, Anglesey
