3rd August 2018                                                                                        5.5 miles        Map of walk

We stopped at Queenswood on our way home, walked through the wood and over the top to Bodenham

The church originated about 1200, was altered in the 14th century (tower, tomb and font remain) and renovated in Victorian times

More back and white houses

Bodenham Lake – once a gravel pit

we went to a bird hide – but the birds were hiding from us

back through the woods

to the Queenswood visitor centre – this was once a tannery in Leominster!
