We went to see the WACKY RACES, a charity fund raiser, by the Lions

They started in the Chipping car park, went down Chipping St

around the hairpin bend, and finished at the bottom of Gumstool Hill

where they could get a lift up the hill

Tallboys House, 1620, now has a tiger

Market Hall on stone columns, built in 1655, still used for markets. There are a pair of dolphins on the cupola (and elsewhere in the town), but the connection of Tetbury with dolphins is unknown

Inside

Stone flagged area beneath the Market Hall

Next – Stansted Park

Nearby: Tetbury to Westonbirt
