28th February 2018 for 1 week

We stayed at Puerto de la Cruz and had these views from our balcony

We could see Mount Tiede, the volcano in the centre of Tenerife, and Spain’s highest mountain – over 12,000ft. It last erupted in 1909

We were near the beach

There are some old parts of Puerto de la Cruz

Back-left is the former customs house, built in 1620, now tourist office

The port is tiny, so there are cranes to lift boats out of the water. This was the port for La Orotava
