We stayed for 3 nights in Como and spent our last morning wandering around the old town, before catching the bus to Lenno. (We left our luggage at San Giovanni railway station)

The Volta Temple is a museum dedicated to Alessandro Volta,  who invented the electrical battery and discovered natural gas

There are several elegant villas along the side of the lake

We saw several seaplanes landing on the lake
